The Loss Assignor plays a critical role in the Progressive Claims Office. In this role, you will assign claims to the appropriate claims representative based upon the representative's workload and experience. You will also evaluate attributes of incoming claims in order to triage the claim to the appropriate claims representative, manage the loss assignment database and ensure claims representative's attributes, schedule, and skill levels are kept current.
Required skills/knowledge:
- High school diploma or GED.
- knowledge of basic claims and CLRU processes.
- Proficient in basic computer skills.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize
