Account Representative (On-Site)

At present, we have an excellent opportunity for an On-Site Account Representative at our Phoenix, AZ location.
As an On-Site Account Representative you will be responsible for daily contact with suppliers, customers and co-workers in an effort to strengthen relationships thus ultimately enhancing market share and maximize profits.
You will also be involved with the negotiation and finalization of quotations, securing of orders and subsequent entering into the system and expediting existing backlog.
You will be involved with:
· Understanding a customers MRP for pipeline evaluation
· Analyzing customer buying patterns against forecasts
· Adjusting product pipelines
· Evaluating customer forecast information
· Communicating with Product management teams to support and relay requirements
· Communicating with branch personnel in order to communicate with customers
· Managing inventory to financial goals
· Data compilation, comparison, and analysis.
Successful candidates must have:
· Experience in distribution sales, and strong working knowledge of the Arrow system, including Desktop.
· Strong PC skills, with solid MS Excel experience.
· The dedication to support both internal and external customers, with a resolve to provide exceptional customer service.
· The motivation, and be a self-starter who can multi-task and adapt to regular changes in priorities.
