Support the business initiatives of the Recon Selling Organization or Orthopaedics Division by providing financial insight, analysis and perspective. Manage processes/calculations and provide reporting on inventory and related accounts. Serve as point of contact for other Organizations and Divisions within Stryker. Provide direct supervision to financial analyst.
Qualifications/Work Experience
• 5 years accounting experience • Applied knowledge of monthly financial statement preparation, issuance and analysis • Applied knowledge of Oracle, Cognos and Hyperion • Applied knowledge of inventory management fundamentals & associated KPIs • Demonstrated ability to identify, recommend and execute process improvements • Familiarity with Transfer Pricing and UPI accounting • Demonstrated ability and experience managing project initiatives • Demonstrated ability to manage a team and to meet deliverables/timelines on consistent basis • Demonstrated aptitude for identifying and communicating to management key drivers in reported data and potential issues • Experience with Sarbanes Oxley process documentation
Education and/or Special Training
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting plus Master's Degree in Business Administration, CPA, and/or CMA).
