Auto Insurance Claims Adjusters (Inside)
Western General Insurance Company is seeking Bodily Injury Claims Adjusters and Physical Damage Adjusters. Come work with us in a relaxed, casual work environment located in a beautiful office park setting in Calabasas!
Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster:
Desired individual should have a minimum of 4 years of related experience in handling 1st and 3rd party property damage and bodily injury claims from commencement to settlement. Desired candidate will be knowledgeable and competent in coverage determinations and California legal matters as they pertain to automobile accidents.
Physical Damage Adjuster:
Desired candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of related experience handling 1st and 3rd party property damage claims. Prior experience in determining liability and organizational skills are required. Desired candidate will be knowledgeable and competent in meeting claims related state regulatory compliance issues.
Must have at least 4 years prior experience in handling property damage and bodily injury liability claims. Experience with non-standard coverage is a plus.
Must be proficient in compliance with the state of California Fair Claim Settlement Practices.
Must have good verbal and written communication and organizational skills.
Must be able to type at least 30 wpm and multi-task.
Bilingual in English and Spanish a plus, but not required.
Education requirements: High school diploma or equivalent.
