Job Description: Summary of Responsibilities
Handle moderate to complex casualty claims with minimal supervision and guidance from the manager. Research and formulate a basis on which coverage decisions will be made, conduct thorough investigations, evaluate damages and liability. Negotiate settlements with insureds, claimants and attorneys. Other responsibilities include effective reserving practices, presentation of serious claims to committee and supervision of litigated files.
Preferred Experience and Skills
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance or related field
