As a Commercial Relationship Manager/Vice President your responsibilities include:
- developing sound and profitable business relationships;
- credit assessment;
- leadership;
- satisfying and exceeding customer needs and expectations as well as satisfying regulatory requirements.
Duties include:
Manage commercial account portfolios ensuring growth and quality.
Interview business customers and prospects, describing cash management/deposits.
Analyze financial and related data to determine general creditworthiness of prospect.
Evaluate and structure loan requests, determine appropriate documentation.
Negotiate terms under which credit will be extended.
Ensure adequate loan documentation.
Review loan application for completeness and accuracy.
Ensures proper and accurate disclosures are provided to all applicants within required timeframes.
Coordinate closing.
Assure compliance with all regulations.
Monitor loan repayment activities.
Advise customers on business management and other financial matters.
Develop new business by contacting prospects and customers and by cross-selling bank products and services.
Will be prospecting and selling within the Micro Business and Small Business Market (company revenues up to $10millon).
