IPS is searching for an Assistant Account Manager to fill join a tech savvy, forward thinking agency on the Peninsula. Our client company is a growing organization, looking for top talent who wants to grow with them.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Prepare submissions and market new and renewal business with Producers
Communicate directly with underwriters and clients
Provide quotations, check rating calculations, check policy coverages and prepare proposals
Process invoicing, audits and monthly reports
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
2 to 3 years experience in insurance brokerage
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
California Insurance license
Familiarity with Applied agency management system
Ability to work with a busy, face paced desk
