DIRECTOR OF HEALTHCARE CLAIMS OPERATIONS
IPS has an opportunity for a high level medical claims supervisor with 5 years experience in processing medical claims and at least 5 years in a supervisory role. Our client company is seeking a Director of Healthcare Claims Operations who can effectively oversee their workflows and claims processes. This organization is well established and is focused on the competitiveness and profitability of its products.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
10 years of Medical Claims background
Experience with Flex Plans and TPAs
5 years medical claims supervision
Very good verbal and written communication skills, organized and detail oriented
Demonstrated leadership skills and abilities
Possesses strong technical savvy as it pertains to medical claims
Proficient computer skills
Enthusiastic, pleasant personality with a strong work ethic
