Main Responsibilities:

Operate a photocopy machine

Image records, prepare incoming mail for distribution

Process outgoing mail/receive and distribute faxes

Perform reception and hospitality duties and stock and maintain inventory levels of supplies

Manage high volume of guests and visiting employees

Answer and route a high volume of phone calls

Maintain reception area and conference rooms

Assist with catering setup/dismantling

Assist with distribution of mail, preparation of FedEx

Multiple reporting locations

Requirements:

Experience & Qualifications:

High School Diploma and some college work preferred

Working knowledge of Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint

Excellent communication and organizational skills

Multi-tasking and problem solving skills a must

Work as part of a team/be a team player
