IPS has an opportunity for an experienced Employee Benefits Account Manager. Our client company is an innovative organization with a culture of growth and opportunity for the benefit of their team members.
JOB DESCRIPTION
In this exciting position you will be using your employee benefits experience to manage an existing book of small and large group benefit accounts and have the opportunity to assist the producer in the development of new client business. You will use your excellent communications skills and your current product knowledge to respond to the requests and needs of Clients, Producers, and the Unit Manager. This position requires you to be organized have attention to detail and the ability to multi task. You will maintain files, update carrier information, develop proposals, marketing, enrollment meetings, presentations and more.
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS
Knowledge of all lines of coverage - Life, Medical, Dental, Vision, Disability, FSA?s and HSA?s
Strong Technical skills
Self funded and/or underwriting experience a plus
Experience in a group benefits environment
