AAA Texas is seeking career-minded individuals for our call center Inside Sales Agent opportunity in beautiful Las Colinas. Come join our team and experience the phenomenal benefits that we offer. Engage in providing high quality service to members and insured regarding sales of auto insurance and memberships in a fast paced, inside sales environment. Demonstrate the ability to multi-task and identify cross-sell opportunities regarding member product needs and service requests, quoting insurance rates, qualifying prospects, inspecting related documentation and resolving membership and insurance problems using discretion and independent judgment. Prior insurance industry experience is not required, but a plus.
Commissions and quarterly bonus incentives are also part of our lucrative comp plan.

* Sales experience is required * Job stability and call center experience is a plus * 2+ years of proven sales experience is required * BA/BS degree a plus, but not required * Proficient Microsoft Office Suite skills * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Competitive sales drive * Commitment to maintaining superior member relationships * Must be able to work a 10:30am-7:30pm shift with rotating Saturdays.
