Professional Financial Specialists is a local insurance brokerage in need of a full-time Health Insurance Customer Service Representative. Job duties include: Pre-screening individual clients Utilizing quoting tools to determine the best options available for individual and small group clients Preparing client proposals utilizing Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat Working with sales staff to solicit applications for new health insurance Working with carriers to complete applications and place policies Answering incoming calls and responding to customer concerns about billing, claims, and coverage Some data entry and scanning The ideal applicant should be driven, intelligent, and mature with a knack for problem solving. Colorado health insurance license and experience in the insurance field is preferred. Experience with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat a plus.
