Job Description
The Middle Market Producer will report directly to the Sales Manager and will be held accountable for performance and results. You will also be responsible to organize and maintain a consistent 250 company prospect database at all times, along with the development of a profitable book of business as your client base. Our producers will also execute on sales plans with daily, weekly, and monthly prospect development activity and will manage the account receivable issues for their book of business
We offer quality training and support that allows you to earn while you learn. During our 12-36 month training/validation process, you will earn an attractive salary while learning the proven sales methodologies and techniques that can help you build a successful book of business. Once you have validated, you will control your earning potential through our competitive commission and bonus package, plus yearly incentive trips.

Qualifications:
* Self-motivated and driven to succeed
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
* Prior sales experience in business to business selling is required
* Excellent prospecting skills
* Desire to deal with people in a diplomatic, positive manner
* College Degree preferred not required
