Internal Sales Associate
Summary
We are looking for smart, high energy individuals who are eager to learn and seeking a position with a career path. This is the entry level position on the path to becoming a field leader/recruiter. Successful candidate should be willing to travel and interested in eventually relocating to manage and grow a territory outside of Vermont.
This position provides sales support, training and education to our sales force across the country. You will help them understand and customize our life insurance products to best meet customer needs. You will be expected to use your phone skills and people skills to build relationships with our sales people and help them increase their sales of the life insurance products offered by the companies of National Life Group.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree in related discipline
* Strong oral and written communication skills, as well as effective interpersonal and presentation skills.
* Selected candidate will have, or be prepared to attain, the designation of Chartered Life Underwriter (CLU) and/or Chartered Financial Consultant (ChFC).
* The successful candidate will be expected to gain comprehensive knowledge of insurance products, sales tools, distribution channels and current industry marketing trends.
* Financial services sales experience is a plus.
