Major Job Duties Include: Key function within the global sales, marketing and controlling network of Electrical Drives. Coordinate, conduct and analyze market and sales development for North America with consideration of internal and external effects and impacts. Present results and main drivers with exposure to stakeholders in the global sales and marketing network within Electrical Drives. Specific Tasks: * Coordinate volume and revenue planning process for North America as key element of business plan, analyze, and monitor market trends and sales potentials. * Acquisition tracking. * Elaborate sales and market share projections together with sales and product management, align internationally and present results to stakeholders. * Update of planning database according to forecasted vehicle volume, delivery share, equipment rate and price development. * Coordinate planning tool maintenance with IT departments, support further development and improvements. * Provide reporting with regards to market share, acquisition status and revenue development as support for regional leadership, sales team and product management. * Support development of regional strategy with regards to market trends, customer and competitor information.
Minimum: * Bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Finance, International Management, Marketing, Engineering or related field. * Experience in Sales and/or Marketing, Planning Analyst or Product management. * Ability to work independently with international and cross-functional teams. * Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, attention to details and in parallel ability to see and describe the 'big picture'. * Self motivated, strategic and entrepreneurial thinking as well as ability to prioritize multiple tasks while ensuring on time delivery. * Proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint is required.
Desired: * Masters degree. * Experience with planning tools and SAP.
