Responsibilities:
* Content oversight of all external/internal marketing communications and media–Responsible for (working in synchronicity with the Creative Services Manager – CSM and VP of Marketing and Branding) content conceptualization, production and maintenance of all external and internal marketing communications efforts including, but not limited to brochures, websites, ads, newsletters, emails, company reports, customer communications, mobile apps, case studies, white papers, nurture campaigns, launch campaigns, internal announcements and activities, live video, animated video, audio podcasts and training materials. The MCM will also act as a MarCom resource to the entire organization by discovering what departments need and act to deploy the right resources to deliver it. * Thought leadership, Profiler Magazine and Social Media management –The MCM will actively manage HCI’s thought leadership and social media efforts. This includes interfacing with other departments or divisions to obtain product, service, market and best practice information to create white-papers, webinars, case studies, HCI’s e-book series, annual payment integrity report and fraud leadership video series. The MCM will also act as a senior editor for Profiler Magazine and manage the company’s ongoing social media efforts on LinkedIn, Twitter, Facebook, etc. * Tradeshows, lead nurturing and marketing automation management— Management of all tradeshow, lead nurturing and related MarCom services and employees, contract workers and designated marketing vendors/partners. This includes coordination of tradeshows, association partnerships, marketing automation efforts, lead progression, etc. The MCM will develop and nurture these relationships and ensure the development of the HCI brand in our marketplace. * Public relations management- Work with PR agency and marketing team, to manage and create content for all HCI public relations activities including, but not limited to: press-releases, media pitches, editorials, byline articles, etc. Work directly with PR firm weekly to create a timely and regular communications program to ensure the HCI brand stays in front of targeted audiences, news agencies and associations. * Oversee sales proposal, content and Request for Proposal Preparation (RFP)– The MCM will oversee the production of (in concert with sales and marketing VPs) of all formal sales proposals and responses to public and private sector Request for Proposals (RFPs). Will work closely with product and subject matter experts to ensure proposals accurately capture the categories and services and benefits of partnering with HCI. * Analyze, test, track, and measure ROI, customer lifecycle and market research— The MCM is responsible for tracking leads, marketing ROI (aka ROMI), market share, prospect segmentation, message effectiveness and aligning MarCom solutions with each stage in the customer lifecycle. The MCM will proactively communicate refinement suggestions and new and ideas to the VP of Marketing and Branding.
Qualifications:
* Bache Bachelor’s degrees in marketing, business or related field, MBA or equivalent work experience a plus. * A marketing communications (MarCom) portfolio (brochure design and copy, websites, emails, video, etc.) demonstrating a minimum of 7 years MarCom and marketing mix management experience. Portfolio must reflect innovative, impactful and original MarCom solutions. Experience in health care, web 2.0 and SaaS solutions a plus. * A strong understanding of how to achieve business and customer goals with impactful integrated marketing solutions. Must have the ability to recognize MarCom opportunities and move quickly to implement and drive projects from concept to distribution, while interfacing with several departments and personality types. * Strong sense of the written/spoken word and the ability to write and/or edit concise, clean, engaging copy. Must shine in brainstorming/ideation meetings and have the ability to take a MarCom project and run with it. * Personable, kind, motivated individual with impeccable attention to production quality, a strong connection to design, writing, marketing best practices and a desire to create innovative and differentiated MarCom solutions. * Keen aesthetic sense and intuitive understanding of what makes a great MarCom piece, regardless of medium and audience. Must understand what sticks, what propels human comprehension, enhances retention, and increases targeted audience response. Must have a strong passion for marketing and a desire for MarCom perfection. * Experience managing and motivating MarCom employees, contractors and vendors (PR, writers, design, etc.) while working independently within a self-directed environment. Experience with film/video production a plus. * High proficiency in Mac or Windows operating systems and corresponding productivity suites. Proficiency in graphic design tools (e.g., Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, InDesign, Premiere, Acrobat, etc.) a plus. * Must be reliable, driven, and dedicated to delivering fast turnarounds and high-quality results under firm deadlines.
