Adecco has immediate opportunities for Mortgage Underwriters/Business Control Specialist with this global leader, located in Dallas, TX.
- Examines residential loan documentation for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with appropriate company and secondary market investor standards - Evaluates credit decisions for accuracy based upon established risk parameters and in accordance with policy, program, and product guidelines - Provides feedback to business partners as appropriate - Examines several different types of lending (conventional, government-backed, home equity, etc.) - Responds to company, individual, and investor audits - Assists with fraud detection and prevention
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience in mortgage underwriting and/or processing - Risk management experience, as it relates to loans - Ability to identify, validate, and report on trends - Strong computer skills ~ MS Office suite - Mortgage servicing or loss mitigation experience a plus - Highly organized, ability to prioritize, and manage multiple projects - A self starter who can deliver in a time sensitive environment - Strong verbal and written communication skills
