CLAIMS MANAGER IPS is searching for an experienced Claims Manager to join a retail brokerage. This is an opportunity to join an organization that is deeply invested in its employees.
JOB DESCRIPTION: • Oversee a claims unit dealing with P&C claims • Conduct file reviews • Interface with clients and carriers
Requirements:
QUALIFICATIONS:
• In depth knowledge of claims, and insurance legal and regulatory rules and guidelines • Excellent communication skills, ability to speak and listen clearly, ability to present, strong negotiation skills • High school degree, college preferred • Minimum 3 years claims experience • Familiarity with insurance agency computer systems, word processing and capable of doing all functions in database with claims information • California Property & Casualty license
