Overview:

Responsibilities:
* Investigates problems, finds their root cause, and clearly documents findings.
* Develops, publishes and executes test plan and other functional documents. Performs scenario-based testing from the perspectives of various client roles.
* Writes and maintains automated test cases and scenarios
* Accepts, analyzes and prioritizes system bugs as reported by internal and external end-users, assuring compliance with Q&A standards.
* Raises usability concerns and proposes solutions to problems after performing thorough investigation, taking into account the needs of the client.
* Proposes suggestions for additions and improvements to the software.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor degree in Computer Science or a related degree from an accredited university with a minimum of 3-5 years relevant industry preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience.
* Demonstrated understanding of relational databases with proven competency in solving complex problems related to software testing. Basic understanding of structured query language (SQL) a plus.
* Skilled in the use of Microsoft Windows application design and testing products and methodology.
* Proficient in multi-platform web browser testing products and methodology with demonstrated skills in analysis, documentation, and presentation tools, such as Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
* Excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills with demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and assignments simultaneously.
* Experience in iterative development cycles with frequent releases and experience with “Scrum” methodologies.
