Sr. Director Global Finance TransformationTitle: Sr. Director Global Finance Transformation Location: US-TN-Grassmere HQ Other Locations: This position will be responsible to provide strategic financial leadership to progress the global finance team, processes, technologies and systems along the continuum toward "world class".

The ideal candidate will have strong business acumen, direct experience in process improvement, project management, creating and driving process and system improvements, excellent communication team skills and accounting technical competence. This position will be a high profile position across the enterprise and will require significant flexibility as there will be minimal routine activities on a monthly basis. The candidate must be able to juggle many different priorities/projects and work effectively in a teaming environment. The candidate must have the ability to communicate and relate to senior leadership and all levels of personnel within the organization. The candidate must be able to meet the demands of a rapidly growing, fast paced, complex and entrepreneurial environment. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: * Drive operational excellence through innovative thought leadership * Provide strategic leadership to the business on all financial process improvements issues * Establish and drive strategic objectives to achieve world class finance organization, processes, technology and systems * Monitor processes and recommends improvements * Establish, drive, coordinate and implement major global finance process improvement goals and objectives and serves as a resource in all aspects of accounting and finance * Provide continuous process improvement leadership to the business * Develop and lead the process improvement team QUALIFICATIONS: * A proven track record of academic and professional excellence * Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Systems or Engineering, MBA or advanced degree viewed favorably * 15 years working in international companies with revenue $2B or greater * 10 years in the technology and supply chain/distribution industry * 5 years experience in consulting on large global projects, such as global enterprise data warehouses * 5 years experience in project management * Hands-on leadership style * Demonstrated ability to frame problems and solutions for successful resolution * Keen knowledge of how changes in any specific metric impacts overall performance * Ability to consult and advise operating and corporate leaders on a range of issues related to accounting, financial reporting, internal control, business strategy and regulatory matters. * Ability to work independently About Asurion: Asurion is the global leader in technology protection services.
