Strategic Sourcing Manager - Benefits and Insurance
Description
* Provide end to end support in the execution of eRFx's and/or eAuctions that support key business objectives/priorities and result in significant cost reductions, process improvements, and ultimately add value to the entire enterprise.
* Partner with global commodity leads to fully understand the 'go to market' strategy and any unique country/regional requirements.
* Translate global commodity lead strategies into robust, comprehensive eRFX's, eAuctions and resultant award option recommendations.
* Onboard suppliers (global, regional, local) into global eRFX and/or eAuction events.
* Manage supplier question portal as part of the end to end RFX support.
Drive global eRFx and/or eAuction analytics that result in deal optimization. Ensure analytics go beyond pure data to provide insightful, innovative approaches to deal awards that meet country, regional and enterprise business objectives.
* Provide thought leadership regarding eOptimization technology and its use in leveraging CPS analytic resources.
* Proficient in analyzing baseline spend and business specifications to determine the implications upon eRFX/eAuction pricing and potential savings algorithms.
• Support global commodity lead in obtaining senior leadership buy-in to recommendations by providing coherent, comprehensive, consistent options development and executive level presentations.
• Drive streamlined end to end scaleable eRFX/eAuction mobilization, execution and optimizations processes that shorten the project lifecycle while enhancing qualitative decisions. • Collaborate effectively across the enterprise. Qualifications Bachelors or equivalent degree from an accredited College or University, MBA Preferred.
10 plus years of previous experience in Benefit Insurance, Employee Benefits programs and/or Procurement.
Experience leading eRFX, eAuction events in a multinational environment.
Subject Matter Expertise in Indirect Sourcing preferred
Subject Matter Expertise in multiple eRFX/eAuction and eOptimization Tools
