GAINSCO Auto Insurance has fully integrated insurance capabilities, including marketing, underwriting, customer service and claims handling. Our operations are bilingual (English/Spanish).
GAINSCO has an opening in our Field Sales/Marketing Department for aTerritory Manager/Marketing Representative for Fort Worth, Texas and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities: * Business development throughout the assigned territory * Acquiring sales through the Independent Agency channel * Building and maintaining relationships with agents and accounts * Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships * Appointing new agents and managing key initiatives * Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential agents; discovering and exploring opportunities Requirements
Requirements:
* Must presently live in Fort Worth, West of Fort Worth or FW Suburbs * Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred * Strong outside sales experience as Territory Manager / Marketing Representative * Experience with non-standard auto insurance preferred * Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred * Computer proficient * Ability to work independently and be a self starter in a fast paced / production driven environment * Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills * Local candidates only! * Up to 100% Travel required
