GAINSCO Auto Insurance markets non-standard private passenger automobile products through retail agencies inArizona,Florida, Georgia,Nevada,Texas,New MexicoandSouth Carolina. GAINSCO Auto Insurance has fully integrated insurance capabilities, including marketing, underwriting, customer service and claims handling. Our operations are bilingual (English/Spanish).
GAINSCO has an opening in our Field Sales/Marketing Department for aTerritory Manager/Marketing Representative for Jacksonville and surrounding areas.
Responsibilities: * Business development throughout the assigned territory * Acquiring sales through the Independent Agency channel * Building and maintaining relationships with agents and accounts * Builds market position by locating, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships * Appointing new agents and managing key initiatives * Locates or proposes potential business deals by contacting potential agents; discovering and exploring opportunities Requirements
Requirements:
* Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred * Strong outside sales experience as Territory Manager / Marketing Representative * Experience with non-standard auto insurance preferred * Bilingual (English / Spanish) preferred * Computer proficient * Ability to work independently and be a self starter in a fast paced / production driven environment * Excellent communication, organization and interpersonal skills * Local candidates only! * Up to 100% Travel required
