This position is an independent contractor and is contracted with Thrivent Financial For Lutherans, Thrivent Investment Management Incorporate and Thrivent Bank. Tasks ?Develop and implement a business and marketing plan to achieve desired results ?Acquire members .Prospecting: Identifying Lutherans and others who would like to host parties .Establishing an initial relationship coaching relationship with hosts .Conduct parties .Schedule appointments ?Develop members and prospects: Build awareness of how our programn fits their interest/needs .Cultivating relationships - show benefits of membership .Data gathering - fact-finding .Identify problems to be solved by our program's products, and services .Case, proposal preparation .Offer solutions, advocate action ?Retain members: Build members who become promoters .Anticipate potential future product needs of members .Position repeat sales .Generate hosts .Recruit other Financial Guides as part of a down-line organization .Refer members to other sources within Thrivent to meet product needs ?Ongoing professional development

Any of these two parties can terminate the contract\employment immediately. Oversight Provided by Sponsoring Financial Guide and Thrivent Financial For Lutherans Employment Status Independent Contractor of the society or part-time exempt employee of the society Licensing State Life, Accident and Health licenses in all lines in all states they are conducting business and receiving commissions NASD Series 6 and 63.
