General Summary:
We are looking for aggressive - people to people- sales professionals to join our team. We are currently looking for Web Chat Representatives to respond to customer's request for live online sales chats. The Web Chat Reps will serve as product advocates for the client and assist customers requesting sales and service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Respond quickly and accurately to customer inquiries via the live chat program.
Maintain up to date, comprehensive, product, services, and product knowledge.
Profiling and probing end-user customer for possible sales opportunities.
Required to maintain minimum level of performance in these areas: Typing 45 wpm with 90% accuracy.
Job Specifications:
1 year sales experience required (retail sales applies)
Must be able to type minimum 45 wpm with 90% accuracy
Must be able to work evenings and weekends.
Ability to communicate via online chat in a professional manner.
High School Diploma or GED equivalent required. College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
Familiarity with basic use of voice mail and electronic mail systems preferred.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, and Internet browsers preferred.
TeleTech requires all employees hired in the United States to successfully pass a background check and drug test as a condition of employment.
